Radius Design developed a compact but impactful addition that reorganized the home’s market-side presence and interior movement. Updated exterior materials create a cohesive look between the original structure and the new construction. The design improves entry visibility, increases usable interior square footage, and modernizes the façade while respecting the character of the neighborhood. The addition introduces improved insulation, new openings, and simplified roof lines to enhance both performance and aesthetics.

The completed addition offers functional new space that appears original to the home. Updated siding, trim, and roof detailing unify the new and existing elements, while refreshed windows bring more clarity and light to the exterior. Inside, the reorganized layout feels more open, with improved circulation and natural light. The project delivers modern comfort while maintaining the scale and spirit of the original home.
